My room was clean, well-designed and overlooked Grey Street, which The Times newspaper has described as Europe's most beautiful street. Staff were pleasant and attentive. It was better value than all 4* competitors in the town and easily outclasses them for location. more

Stayed here 12/12/09. Carpet in room was disgusting - absolutely filthy. When I complained I was told it wasn't dirty just stained!! (work that one out...) but was due to be replaced in any case.
