Very tired and dusty rooms! Lack of staff training, we were offered a candle when our lights wouldn't come on. Haphazard housekeeping, found old dusters and cleaning products in our room! Set on a road full of hotels in jesmond it was comfortable and well equipped. Lots of outside tables which could prove noisy in the summer but plenty of choice of restaurants. The staff were helpful but breakfast was a bit slow. The Italian restaurant had a good buzz even on a Tuesday evening. Not much parking for guests.

Me and my friends stayed hear on Sunday and where very impressed with the friendly service we received through out our stay. our room was impeccable, spacious and decorated to a high standard. overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
