Visited May 2012, very nice stay. Hotel are friendly, breakfast very good! Beds are extremely comfortable!! and its really not that expensive. In addition its right in the centre of newcastle and really not far from the metro! (the largest shopping mall)

Booked room during sale, well worth the £35, right next door to cheap car park which is handy (free after 5pm) rooms clean and good serivce from check in staff. location is really good, close to shops and city hall. Didnt try bar or food area.

This hotel is ideally located within city centre with car park adjacent with a £6.00 day charge for parking. There is nothing premier about this hotel, apart from the staff who were delightfully helpful and charming. It's situated between the ring road and the library, in a concrete sideroad. Got the room on the £25 offer. In general lovely stay but the bedroom was quite unclean. I though their silent night policy was only about a nights sleep. In future if the room is like that I will complain.
