I stayed here in May 2013 with a couple of friends as part of a larger group of lads in Newcastle for the weekend. I had booked through lastminute.com and booked a twin room with en-suite at £50pp for two nights, which really is very good value for money. I can now appreciate why it was so cheap. The gentleman... I went on a Stag Party with 12 Lads! Being the oldest "Father of the Bride! I didn't expect much for the money as it was booked by the best man as just somewhere to sleep (B+B). We arrived on the Friday and the welcome from the owners was very warm and willing to help us have a good time.... More

We were given lots of good tips and they have a map of the local area with attractions on it which looked very handy if you were going to explore. Very clean and comfortable bed. I stayed in the room without... More

Ideal for the two nights that me and my friends stayed here. Our room was just what we were looking for when we visited Newcastle. Staff were very friendly and hardworking. Not far away from the main places via a taxi which cost roughly a couple of quid each. Would definetly go again.

Booked this for a weekend away and didn't want to spend too much. For what we paid it was perfect. Room was, yes a little dated, but clean and warm and all you need to put your head down for the night. The shower rooms and toilets were pleasantly surprising, if felt more staying at a friends house rather than... More
