I and my partner booked a 1 night stay here which cost £55 for a double with NO breakfast! The owner wanted the money up-front which seemed a bit odd at the time but I gave him it. The pub is just off the main road and has a kids playground at the back, but nothing to shout about, in... More

We found a warm welcome. A dining room exclusive to a party of 12. Exellent food and good value. Would definately come back again. Didn,t see the rooms, so can't comment on them. More

The hotel is lovely, the room did have a low ceiling, but it added to the cosy feeling of the joint. Spotlessly clean,as was the bathroom. The bar/restuarant area was periodic, with an old rustic feel. The food was hot and well cooked by a skilled chef,(the owner).Even the regulars to the bar are warm and welcoming. My wife is diabetic, when I... More
