I organised a one night stay in the Loft Suite South for my partners 40th birthday surprise, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experiennce from the moment I booked. Having stayed in many five star boutique hotels both home and abroad, I can hand on heart say this was the nicest stay I have ever had at... more

My boyfriend & I have just come back from a night at Tuddenham Mill and if you're looking for a beautiful hotel set in a stunning backdrop then TM is ideal. We arrived mid-afternoon and were quickly and effortlessly shown to our room (one of the Water Meadow rooms which we would definitely recommend due to the view - particularly... more

Many thanks for your review about your recent stay at Tuddenham Mill. I am delighted to hear your comments about the beautiful hotel and location. I am sorry that you felt uncomfortable after ordering a sandwich when you arrived. Food is available 24 hours a day to residents and you certainly wouldn't be putting anybody out. We offer the cosy...

We stayed in the Mill Room, which was lovely. However we didn't realise until early morning how noisy the adjacent road was; which seemed to be mostly lorries trundling by. This obviously was never mentioned on their web-site. The extra we paid for this room certainly wasn't value for money Our other issue was being kept waiting in the restaurant... more

Thank you for your review about your stay at Tuddenham Mill in December. The mill is on a country road which is busy in the mornings. It is now the policy to advise any guests wishing to book these rooms that there may be a disturbance if you are sensitive to noise. We will also attempt to upgrade guests with...

Finally go round to writing a review following our stay at Tuddenham Mill in September for our wedding anniversary. We go away for our anniversary every year and I take pride in trying to find somewhere a little bit special that has good food as my wife is a bit of a foodie. I'd tried to book TM in past... more

Thank you for your recent review of Tuddenham Mill. I wasn’t here during your stay in September, as I am a relatively new member of the Tuddenham team (the newly appointed general manager!), but I have spoken to everyone who was here and involved with your stay. I would like to thank you for all of your feedback. It is...

Have just returned back from Tuddenham today and I have to say it was a most fantastic experience, having stayed in the loft room east. Staff, food and general ambience of the Mill was great. The location was superb and staff could not have done more for us. The detail of the rooms really stood out, with music playing on... more

Many thanks for your review about your recent stay at Tuddenham Mill. I was delighted to hear you had an enjoyable stay, for what I believe was a special celebration. Attention to detail is very important at Tuddenham Mill. The Bose stereo and fresh oranje juice are only 2 items that we feel further enhance the guest experience. Once again...

We visited the Mill for a two night break in October. This was our third visit and we were not disappointed. The Mill was as lovely as we remembered. We stayed in a room in the Mill itself and it was very comfortable with a fantastic high ceiling and wooden beams. The staff were friendly and helpful and we felt... more

We came to the Mill via Mr & Mrs Smith for an anniversary weekend. The rooms didn't disappoint and the service was first class in many aspects. The prices appear on the mark for hotels of this quality and ilk, so no complaints there and the walks around the local vicinity were fantastic with a helpful guide in each room.... more

Let me start with the hotel at Tuddenham Mill. We were extremely lucky to get upgraded to one of the suites and amazed we were... Despite all the positive reviews ( and our visit because of them ) IMO this place is just not stylish enough to live up to its billing and high prices. From weak tea to luke warm coffee to creme brule without the brule and solid lightly poached eggs served in a room of stark uncomfortable chairs and tables with a... more

Thank you for your reveiw of Tuddenham Mill. I am obviously very disappointed with your comments about your stay at Tuddenham Mill, especially following all of the recent positive reviews we have received on Trip Advisor.
