Sometimes you see the best in a place when things go wrong. Arriving in my well appointed room I noticed it was extremely cold and despite the best efforts of the cheerfully efficient woman, who appeared to be almost running the Cadogan single handedly, it never warmed up due to a boiler failure.Despite this she managed to find a fan... I had lunch today with my wife and I had the chicken liver parfait and chips and burger as a main meal. The parfait itself was nice it came with a camerised top but the bread or toast was wafer thin and cold and hurt the dish. The burger and chips very average in terms of no bowl for the... More

The rooms were at a very high standard and the food was fantastic. Bed very comfy. Value for money you couldn't get better! Wish I had turned heater down as room got very warm in night. More

I have stayed at this location twice recently. I had a different room on each occasion. Each room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The bed comfortable, the tv channels good, internet fine. I had breakfast only once due to an early start on one occasion, and breakfast was good. Similarly, dinner on the one occasion I had it was good.... More

Just got back from this hotel and can only say how brillinat the whole experience of staying there was. We stopped in a twin room at the front and despite other reviews saying the traffic from the front was problematic we found it presented no problem at all. The staff were an absolute delight, nothing was too much trouble, they... More

My husband took me to the Cadogan Arms for Sunday lunch recently and it was, as usual, very good. Their menu is interesting and their wine list, particularly the range offered by the glass, is exceptional. The restaurant and bar are beautifully decorated: comfortable and welcoming. My only issue (and the reason I am writing this review) was having to... More

Arrived to find a very modern inn inside a lovely old building. The rooms looked newly refurbished, a good size and nicely decorated. On the evening there was a good buzz in the restuarant and bar and the bistro style foof was good and well presented. A word for the staff, from check in to check out they were happy,... More

The Cadogan Arms was a superb 3 night choice. Contemporary, spotless, comfortable rooms just watch out if it is a twin room - they are at the front and the road carries heavy traffic during the night occasionally. Double rooms are at the rear and may be a good choice. Dinners each night were great value but more importantly absolutely... More
