No elevator. Friendly people at reception to help out. Room not clean when we arrived. Bed was good. Pub (Fradley Arm) next door for breakfast.Staff at pub not very friendly. Nice garden with hotel/pub to sit outside.

Stayed in room 12 on the ground floor my self and my wife and two children the beds were really uncomfortable especially the single bed the double bed the springs were digging into my wife. Stayed 1 nite. Wasnt impressed that 5 of the 9 bulbs in room didnt work . Toothpaste on outside of sink and staff reving car engine at 7 am didnt go down well. Apart from that not a bad place. The fradley arm next door was pleasant and sraff in there nice and friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights at this Premier Inn and could not fault it. The room was very clean and modern and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Fayre and Square restaurant next door was very good and again the service was excellent.

Excellent location for our visit to Birmingham and Lichfield, service was great, room was clean and bed was comfy, what more could we have asked for. Might be noisy if your room was near the front apart from that would stay again

A nice, small Premier Inn with king sized beds and a pub next door. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in the pub very good and well priced. Close by car to train station and memorial site. A short drive to the centre of Lichfield.
