We stayed two nights. Last minute booking, so didn´t expect things to be perfect. We were wrong, our hostess was well prepared, every detail thought of. She was friendly, efficient and provided us with everything that we needed. The room had a window onto the garden and was quiet and spacious. We shared a bathroom with another room. Very clean... What can I add to the other reviews? The room was lovely with thoughtful touches like the chocs and bottled water, the owners clearly take a pride in everything they do, which is a pleasure to see these days. Lovely vegetarian breakfast - I will be back next time I am in Glastonbury

This is the best B&B we have stayed in. The owner's Tony & Gwynnie were friendly & helpful, we had the Rhiannon room with ensuite and views of the Tor. The room was spotless and comfortable, with lovely touches like biccies and choccies and a delicious breakfast. Centrally located to everything you want to see in Glastonbury and on site... More

As other reviewers have mentioned, Tony and Gwennie are delightful hosts! I was only there one night, but did enjoy my stay immensely. I was able to walk to the Tor and also High Street in a short time. The breakfast they serve in the morning is enough to keep you filled all day! It was delicious! I was in... More

This place is fantastic. Gwinnie and Tony were such wonderful hosts. Warm, welcoming, offering assistance wherever needed. The breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the garden was up there with the best I have eaten in the UK. The location was excellent. We walked to the Tor, Chalice Wells, Abbey and town for dinner. The room was beautiful. Clean and very... More

Gwinnie and Tony are the best hosts you could ever wish to come across. Happy, friendly welcome and breakfast in the wonderful conservatory, overlooking the beautiful tranquil garden is all you could want. Love the biscuits and Glastonbury bottled water in the room each day and this place is so beautifully close to the Tor. In fact, I got up... More

Wow! What a review. Thank you so much. You must be congratulated on setting the record for the fastest ascent of the Tor from here!! The nearest anyone has got since you left is 30 minutes so I think your record is pretty safe! We look forward to you having a go at improving on it when you return. Thanks... More

A friend and I booked a double room as the first night stayon a 4 day cycle tour. We arrived earlier than expected but were met with a warm reception, greeted like old friends as my friend put it. Our room (Rhiannon), was great. A slightly bizarre thing in a review probably but there was enough room for me to... More

We are always full of admiration for the cyclists who pedal their way to Glastonbury from many parts of the country. Our hope is that after a comfortable night and a good breakfast, they travel on their way feeling refreshed and well rested. Your lovely review suggests this was the case when you stayed with us and we are grateful... More

On arrival, I mentioned having a fall on way, we were given a warm welcome by a concerned Tony, next morning on meeting Gwynnie, she asked how I was. All this made us feel "looked after" The Apple Tree is ideally situated in Glastonbury, short stroll to the Tor, town centre and Abbey We stayed in gorgeous room (Rhiannon) with... More
