Very well placed in Dunster. Two weary walkers were welcomed by tea and cakes and our room had all that we needed. Being a relatively modern house, the room was not large but not a problem for us. Breakfast was good but it would have been nice to avoid the plastic jam. More

We were somewhat disappointed in this property. Rooms were smaller than we had expected from the photos on the website, most likely as rooms now have ensuites. All was clean and comfy, but lack of attention to detail....empty tissue box, no extra toilet tissue. Breakfast was traditional and uninspired.Beds and pillows were comfortable, however. The location was ideal, walkable easily... More

The service was exceptional, I really don’t think I could find any faults other than having to leave too early! Will most definitely be returning to this beautiful part of the country. More

We were warmly welcomed, and our rooms - our party took all three - were comfortable and well appointed. Beds were comfy, and the cooked breakfast was excellent. More

What a gem!!! Dunster is a special place and the Conygar House is the best. Super location, friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. We wanted to stay longer. We're from New York City so we won't be back soon but when and if we return, we want to stay there. More

We stayed at Conygar House for three nights - after booking for two and extending our stay. Everywhere is immaculate and very comfortable, the location is ideal for Dunster itself - castle, church and village all in easy walking distance, and also ideal for touring the area. Guests are welcome to sit in the garden and the views from both... More

Having read the reviews we decided to book Conygar House for a 2 night short break, we were not disappointed. We were welcomed with a wonderful cream tea on the patio, then shown to our lovely room which was absolutley spotless. The breakfasts were delicious, and there was plenty to chose from. Thank you so much Mr & Mrs Bale... More
