Wonderful location, great potential to be a top holiday let, but lacks communal space. For a group of 8 adults and kids, there was just not enough space for relaxing together. Shame as it had everthing else (oh and no DVD player!) On a more positive note, wonderful tranquil setting, views great, welcome hamper nice touch. All in all, a... More

We booked this B&B just a few hours before we arrived and were delighted with the standard of the accommodation. The roads leading to Nyland are so narrow, but it's a charming setting in the countryside. The gardens of the house we lovely and the room was well equiped, clean and comfortable. We went for a run from the guesthouse... More

Myself and my husband booked the bath eco lodge for a week & after a long drive down from scotland we eventually found (we don't use sat nav) road sign for tor farm which is a few mile down a high hedged 1 car road with few passing places but it was well worth the journey when we saw the... More

Loved this Place so much!! We stayed prior to Glastonbury festival - as we are from North Yorkshire it's really difficult to arrive at the festival early on the day it opens! You have to stay awake through the night and we're just getting TOO OLD! so thought we'd book into a place close by for a night before the... More

As my wife had never been to Cheddar and wanted to go I gave her a present of 4 nights at the above Guest House, four poster bed, patio and all. To find the hotel would have been difficult but with the sat nav it got me there with no problems. The first impression was great, a stone farmhouse, (built... More

We stayed here for a long weekend in May and loved it. The road up is one car wide and long but driver curtious in giving way. We passed sheep, cows, lama, and chickens just wandering on the road enjoying the sun. On arriving, we were greated and shown our room which had our own courtyard, and very clean with... More

I recently booked one of the lodges for a friends' weekend out (Two couples and a friend), over the bank holiday in May. While the offer stood at £450 for three nights, we arrived late afternoon on the second day, not being able to drive out of London on a Friday night after work and had informed the owners in... More

We stayed here one night in Feb and had a great time. The weather was wet and snowy, but we really enjoyed it. We've stayed here twice before so we knew what to expect. Great breakfast (try the excellent kippers if you fancy a change), plenty of parking, great location. The rooms are comfy and clean, although the one we... More
