Excellent communication with booking and arrival. Parking sorted as well as champange and chocs in room. Lovely rooms in keeping with character of the house. A pleasant guesthouse near central Bath, the owners/staff are lovely, but no en suite facilities; bathrooms are shared by about three rooms. The trains run under the building and depending on speed can be very loud. The rooms are clean but getting a bit round down. Pleasant enought but we wouldn't stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The 4 poster bed was really luxurious and the room clean and comfortable. The toilet was in a separate room but we had a sink and shower in the room. Spent 2 nights in a family room which was superb value for money. All very clean and well maintained in a terrific location for walking into town centre, and a tesco extra 1 min away. Only stayed 1 night here unfortunately, but the experience was fantastic. Rooms were spacious and bed was very comfortable. We made a reservation and thy ve messed it up. We have been booked another room and never got notified even if we ve sent an email. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as they are extremely unreliable and unfriendly.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. It's in a brilliant location (5-10 mins walk away from the centre) with lots of shops, Roman baths, Thermae spa and lots of lovely tea rooms - The Bath bun tea room is a must :) The owners of the Roman City Guest house are very welcoming and couldn't do anymore... My wife and I stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant stay. The bed and breakfast is in an excellent location (5 mins walk from town centre), the owners were polite, friendly and very helpful, room was fine and breakfast was superb, complete with a wonderful bowl of fresh fruit. Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed with our children, had a lovely 4 poster bed. The Guest house was full of charm & great value, & so near to all attractions
