I stayed in the twin room on the 10th May 2013 with my partner during a visit to Bath. Having stayed in a lot of B&Bs over the years, I can thoroughly recommend Hawkins as the hosts are friendly, the B & B spotless and decorated to a very high standard, no complaints at all.

Beautiful home, gorgeous rooms, great welcome and good food. Lovely place to stay if you don't want to be in town. Bus stop 2 min walk then 5 mins into town centre. Owners very welcoming, have good knowledge of area and discounts are offered at certain places if you show you stay there. Parking on site is an added plus.

Stayed here with my mum when we went on a hot air balloon ride in Bath. Glyn and Diane were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was lovely and breakfast was wonderful. Glynn and Diane were terrific hosts and great cooks! Such a comfortable, clean place! Our walk to the city center took 20 leisurely minutes through the park by the Royal Crescent. Excellent sleep quality with comfortable beds and quiet environs.
