My husband booked this for a surprise birthday weekend and he certainly got brownie points for it. I couldn't fault it, from the warm welcome, the great roomwith the most comfortable bed, the lovely views and the great cooked breakfasts. Hard to find fault with this hotel . The owner is so on her game that she must dream customer service at night . If you want that English experience that you read about but have a hard time finding try this place . Easy to walk to the centre of Bath and rooms on the rear have a picture... more

I just stayed for a week-end as this hotel was recommended by Trip Advisor and I must say that it lived up to my expectations. The hostess was very nice and attentive and very patient with our time requirements. The setting is amazing and I wish I could come in the summer to enjoy the terrace in the summer. more
