From the minute we pulled up at the hotel I knew we were going to like it! Our welcome from Toni was great, she showed us around personally telling us lots of useful information on the way! Our room, Keats, to be recommended - right at the top of the house but with windows on two aspects made it light... more

We stayed at the Tasburgh hotel for 2 nights in October and were really impressed with the hotel, our Jane Austin room was just lovely with the most comfortable bed ever! The service from Sue and her team was second to none and we wouldn't think twice about staying again when coming back to Bath - highly recommended. more

My husband picked the hotel so I was a little anxious, especially since it was a family gathering. I should not have doubted him. Lovely hotel, great service and the breakfast and drinks etc were very reasonable when you have stayed in as many hotels as I have. We used the walk along the canal into the city which was... more

My husband and I stayed at this guesthouse for a few nights just after we got married. The setting is absolutely picture perfect, and the service is second to none. The gusethouse is family run and everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. The room that we stayed in (The Woodsworth) was lovely and the bed is probably the most comfortable... more

From the minute we walked in the door, we were offered refreshments, general information, good advice on restaurants we would enjoy, and last but not least a really lovely comfortable room. The grounds are wonderful, the staff attentive and our stay was a delight. more

We have stayed at the Tasbergh House hotel 3 times, November 2008, Easter 2009 and August 2009 and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. The level of service provided by Susan Keeling and her team is excellent and we have truely felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stays. The Full-House Breakfact is quite possibly the best example of... more

Thing's I've loved about our tirp to England include staying at Tasburgh house. I remember the lovely views, the extensive gardens and a very nice woman who lived there. I have to admit I tossed the teddy bear over the side of the bed and didn't think about the stuffed thing once. more

16 very happy ladies stayed at the fabulous Tasburgh house last weekend for our friend’s hen party. We were made extremely welcome and I would like to thank them for their warm hospitality! When I was first given the responsibility of organising my friends hen party I was aqueous to find the right sort of accommodation to make the weekend... more

A truly wonderful place to stay. Lovely location just outside of town (but a beautiful 20-minute walk along the Kennet-Avon Canal into center city); amazing gardens; and extraordinarily hospitable owners and staff. Have stayed at many B & B's in Europe and the United States, and this rates among the very, very best. And my little kids loved the grounds,... more
