i stayed for one evening when picking my son up from University. The accomodation is clear, comfortable and welcoming. The room has all the facilities you require (clean bed, ample toiletries in the bathroom, tea/coffee and television as well as being quiet and relaxing. in the morning the breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked.

My husband and I stayed here for an overnight stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and shown to our lovely front of the house bedroom. Large bed, with sofa and TV, tea and coffee provided, toiletries too, very comfortable and very homely. The following morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

We stayed one night only to go to a concert at City Hall. The owner knew the local area well and was helpful. The room was a good size double with a sofa to sit and watch TV. We had a very peaceful nights sleep followed by a very tasty full english breakfast. For our purposes this B&B was ideal....

Stayed three nights. The rooms were immaculate, beds comfy, bathrooms modern and very clean. Sheila's breakfasts were superb. Best was the location. Situated in a quiet road, easy to park and only a short drive to access wonderful walks in the Peak District and only a short walk into town for a large choice of restaurants for dinner. Our second visit...if you're visiting students around Hunter's Bar or the university it's ideal - lovely bedrooms and breakfasts it's always our 1st choice in Sheffield. 10 minutes from the city centre and yet a very short drive to the Peak District. We'll be back.

I was looking for somewhere to stay at short notice due to a bereavement in my family. I spoke with the landlady and made a right mess of the booking (wrong arrival and departure day). I called and the booking was easily corrected without any fuss or charges. Rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast is good.
