This is how a chain hotel should be run. All the staff at this hotel are giving it 110%. Friendly helpful informed and skilled. I am sure some special effort is going into staff training here as they stand out compared to other Premier Inns.

Have stayed here several times when visiting Ponds Forge for swimming galas. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was anticipating basic and clean but what we got was far better.
