The service stood out from all the hotels,I tried to book by husband and daughter into when they got stuck in Reading after their car was locked into a carpark. I stayed here for 1 night. I thought it was great that there was no set time to check in by, i arrived very late and the guy on the desk was very welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable and had everything i needed. I would definately stay here again and recomend to my friends.
