This hotel is situated above a large Indian restaurant so if you are a curry lover its perfect. Alas, if you do not you may find the smells of the cooking a bit overwhelming in the bar and reception area. Stayed here for 1 night for the Reading Festival. We arrived at 11.30am and were pleasantly surprised that the room was ready and we could check in. A very nice, centraly located hotel literally in center of Reading. I stayed for a few nights, and was more than happy with the standard of my accommodation.
