All Season's - except for winter it seems! I was so cold I had to sleep in my clothes! We spent the coldest, grubbiest and most ridiculous night of our lives here. The tent I slept in in a muddy field at the Glastonbury festival would get more stars than this place. We had chosen this B&B due to it's... More

My room was dirty. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom and the shower head was broken. The breakfast was inedible - overcooked but cold. I would suggest that you avoid this guest house at all costs More

I arrived here and my heart sank. The hallway reeked of curry, the room was tiny, the bathroom smelt awful, the toilet was not screwed down and the shower head was broken. Metal frame bed like something out of a 70s comedy sketch. The breakfast was disgusting. Overcooked, greasy and amazingly - stone cold. I photographed it attached and will... More

My room was quite nice however my friends had a room with the toilet hanging off the wall and only 2 channels on the TV. Breakfast on Sunday morning was worse than ridiculous. When we finally got seats ( not together) it was at tables of dirty plates which no-one made any effort to clear. When the girl brought my... More

We were sent to this guest house as there had been a booking error with our first accommodation and the landladies were friends. My heart sank as soon as we arrived as I was shown a series of rooms all as bad as each other, in the main house (room still not prepared by mid afternoon), various outbuildings (converted garage... This is the sort of guest house you used to find in the 1970s: a 1930s-ish semi, with full cooked English breakfasts, steep staircase, and tiny bathrooms. But in its favour, it's reasonably clean, breakfast is served swiftly, and the location is very handy -- 5 mins walk from the Oxford-London bus stop, which is on a high streeet with... More

When our family visited Oxford for a short hoilday, we stayed in the guest house for three nights. The room is clean. Breakfast is not great, but good enough for us.we could not make any complain. More

Booked this hotel at short notice, and was a bit wary when I saw the entrance hall and the kitchen facilities (you pass through these to get to some of the rooms). However, after registration/check-in I found that my room was in a cottage type building at the bottom of the back garden. The bad news is that at first... More
