“Clean hotel, poor service.”

Out of town location £10 in taxi from station. Rooms clean but a little dated. Staff in bar very unfriendly. Service very slow....our party of four ordered food but we were each served up to half an hour apart. More

I held my wedding reception in Barcelo Oxford on 20/1/12. Very poorly designed hotel with meandering corridors... no lifts to the rooms on the floor I was on and no help offered with 3 large bags. Barcelos are normally good hotels but this was poor. The location is good if you're not bothered about seeing Oxford - out on the ring road with good access to the road network north of Oxford, this is perfectly fine for a conference. More
