We stayed one night, the room was dangerous with a step down immediately inside the door. My wife fell and hurt herself quite badly. The breakfast was poor and very slow. A tap ran all night in the bathroom. The cost was £85 which was excessive for the quality of stay. More

Clean rooms, nice rooms but at £90 for B&B in a double was expensive for what you get. As the reviews say the landlord was friendly but we stayed on a Sunday night when the bar and food are closed so we never got that cosy pub atmosphere the others talked about. More

Very friendly pub with excelent food with an interesting menu and efficient service. Centraly located with parking arranged by the landlord, we would stay there again. More

Stayed over a weekend. Welcoming staff/owners, nice room and the food is great. One of the nicest cooked breakfasts I've ever eaten away from home - very fresh ingredients and both evening meals were also superb. Would recommend More
