Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the city centre, very clean room, good check in and very helpful staff, we didn't eat there as loads of restaurants nearby so can't comment on food, however everything thing else was no trouble and our stay was perfect. more

The hotel was easy walking distance from Trent Arena, shops, castle. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff were friendly. Great for a 1 or 2 night's stay, excellent value for money! more
