nice guest house in nice area with bus stop close by to center £3.8o for 2 people 1 way run every 10 mins. approx 20min to 1/2 hr walk along river if want very picturesk. breakfast and hosts very good

A beautiful house, our room was tranquil and peaceful and breakfast was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcomed. Location is good with easy access to the town centre. We hope to return should we ever visit York again. Thank you, from Laura & Gary x

This is our second stay at turnberry house and certainly won't be our last. We visit York often and would recommend turnberry house to everyone. Spacious rooms warm cosy interior and friendly warm welcome. Breakfast is excellent with fresh fruit, yoghurt and full English all available. Nice walk into city centre or 5 min bus ride the location is ideal.

Spent two nights at Turnberry Housse and we will certainly use it again when back in York. Excellent location with a pleasant riverside walk into the city or just hop on a bus outside the door.
