went to the Middlethorpe hotel for afternoon tea as i love afternoon tea it was perfect and loved the hotel and surroundings and all the staff were very good ,will return again soon.Would like to visit for lunch or another afternoon tea ,a really enjoyable afternoon highly recommend to all and walk around the gardens and relax .

my wife and I spent 2 nights in the main hotel and very very impressed with the room, public rooms and attentive, friendly staff. Food was also excellent, as was the spa.
