Ended up booking in here after leaving original hotel due to dreadful state of rooms. This was just lovely. Welcoming reception, lovely rooms, very accommodating, delicious breakfast included in rate. Will stay here again as we visit Norwich regularly.

We cant really fault this hotel, the location is perfect for the town centre and theatres. We have stayed twice in the last couple of years. The reception staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice.
Would definately recommend!!

Well placed, very convenient for walking around the centre of Norwich.
We stayed in the King Room ,which was a fair size bedroom with an equally sized en suite bathroom , which included a bath and a separate shower.
