This is the best Premier Inn I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a few!). Its as clean and well run as you'd expect, but the staff make a difference by putting in the extra effort to be cheerful and helpful. more
This place was ok, like a lot of Premier Inns it is attached to a family friendly pub which serves food and where the breakfast is provided. From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart everything at this Premier Inn is excellent. I have travelled to Norwich at least twice a year for business for the last 6 years and I have always stayed at this same Premier Inn. Very impressed by the helpfulness and efficiency of Amy Mansfield in reception. We had very good quiet room as we had requested, and all the basic needs were supplied. I have to say I was pleasantly suprised by this hotel, given that it is a budget hotel. The Broadlands View premier inn is the best one I have stayed in. The staff make you feel extremely welcome and nothing is too much bother too them. Everyone is extremely friendly from the reception staff, the bar staff, the restuarant staff and the cleaners. I always enjoy staying here and would highly recommend it. more
