I stayed at this hotel for business. At £75/rm/night for a shoebox with the most uncomfortable bed (genuinely still suffering back pains as a result) and very poor facilities (like the ensuite) it represents terrible value for money. The service was fine and the food at the restaurant was good although not cheap. Overall I could not recommend this hotel. more

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews on here but this is a little gem! The reception area looks lovely and the reception staff are friendly. We were checked into a twin room, newly refurbished in shades of chocolate and caramel, it was gorgeous and the bathroom was gorgeous too! The room was a good size... more

Stayed here a couple nights: 1. The rooms are tiny and the showers dribble on you. 2. The bar is nice. 3. The food is ok but the dining room is tardy. Stay again? No. more

my stay at the baltimore hotel was an eye opener indeed the room was tiny one person had to go throgh the door at a time. when you had a shower you had to close the bathroom door or it set the smoke alarms off. the worse thing for me was discovering that the duvet didnt have a cover on... more

This is the second time I have stayed at the Baltimore and could not recommend it more highly. The first time the room was small but very clean and the food fantastic. This time they upgraded me to the suite and that was out of this world - I didn't want to leave. £150 per night for the suite would... more

The room was very dirty and unhygienic. When I complained the manager did not seem interested. Eventually one and a half hours later a housekeeper arrived who was very aggressive saying there was nothing wrong with the room. I left the room until it had been cleaned. When I returned about an hour later it was still dirty. If you... more

I stayed at the Baltimore for one night and it was one night too many. I was put in a pokey little room which was cold. The food was terrible and the staff were lazy. more

The staff are professional, polite and very helpful. Rooms are basic but comfortable if a bit small. They are scrupulously clean. Noise is a bit of a problem..heavy footsteps and slamming doors are easily felt. Also the pub across the road is a bit rough and there's a lot of noise from there at the weekend. The bar and restaurant... more
