“Excellent Service”

The people at the reception are extraordinary, excellent Service. The housekeeping people are superb and the guys from the restaurant give an outstanding service. This is the best hotel in the area with no doubts. Rooms are clean, big and comfortable. Location is pefect, in the center.

I have stayed here on several occasions & have always been very well looked after. My regards to all the great staff. Close to the town centre, Uni & law courts. Gym & pool great. Meals were all great, chef made me poached eggs for breakfast even when not on menu & lounge lovely. A true home away from home.

The hotel was comfortable and the service was excellent. The spa and pool in particular could certainly be doing with a refurb. All in all a pleasant stay. “Very good average hotel”

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean but a little outdated. Food is average, not bad but not exceptional either. This hotel does not have their own wi-fi but BTopenzone which price is ridiculous. The location is excellent, many pubs, restaurants and shopping malls at a walking distance. Overall a decent choice.

“Good hotel & nice food”

Nice rooms, great big screen tv, good size bathroom. Stayed one night for work, friendly staff on reception, nice room. Ate in restaurant which was really nice, restaurant staff really good. Nice bar and big tv to watch if a match is on but also an area if you want peace and quiet All in all really nice hotel

Good, friendly service, helpful staff who go out of their way for you. Good gym and helpful, pleasant staff who went out of their way. Good food & drink. Maid service excellent, beds very large and very comfortable. Bathrooms not very big but not really an issue.
