My husband booked a one night stay for us without reading any reviews, if we had read them prior to booking we would never have had the pleasure of these fantastic apartments. The reviews we read after booking were awful but as we had made a non refundable booking there was not much we could do about it. We travelled... More

Stayed for 3 nightsmidweek, in January 2012. I found it to be fine. It was a five minute walk from Kilburn Park underground station (Bakerlooline), turn left from station. Staff at SO were polite and helpful. I had a room on the back of the block which cost a little more as I wanted to be away from street noise.... More

We went to So quartier wanting to stay for 11 days. The noise coming from the pub/club downstairs was so loud that we didnt sleep until 4 in the morning. Then at 6:30 when the shops (Tesco) opened below it was noisy again! The stuff i must say was friendly although I never got a wheelchair seat for the disabled... More

I will put it blunt. Website stated hairdryer in every room... 2 hairdryers in whole hotel. There was a queue of women waiting with wet hair and the receptionist tried to give £5 to one of the customers and said "There's a shop around the corner go buy one" We had to wait 45minutes to leave our room because they... Booked apartment for midweek stay with sister & daughter. Very handy for transport links especially if travelling to London Euston. Also within close walking distance to underground. Apartment clean and tidy although somewhat lacking in cutlery & utensils. However, when this was hightlighted to reception they went out of their way to provide what was lacking, specifically a DVD player.... More

We booked the So Quartier online as it was good value for money and quite close to Kings Cross station. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large, well equipped and very clean with ample heating and new bathroom facilities. Underneath the apartments was a tesco extra for any grocery needs as well as many pubs,... More

Stayed here in a apartment for four for one night. Apartment was modern and clean beds were lovely and comfy, bathroom very nice. However the lounge sits two on the sofa but others had to sit on dining chairs and after a full packed day in the capital would have been nice for all to be comfy. Also if it... More

Booked this hotel to be close to where our son lived. Checked in ok and when we found our room was surprised as we had a whole suite consisting of kitchen, lounge, bathroom and separate bedroom (which had the most unusual wallpaper, look out for the faces). The room was situated on the front of the hotel and was extremely... More

We booked the So Quartier in St Johns wood as it was near to where we wanted to be in North London for a weekend with our daughter to celebrate her birthday. We could leave our car there and then travel by tube. Arrived early OK and parked car in one of only 2 spaces so we could go off... More

We booked online basedon their description of being four star and nice looking photos. We were fooled! We arrived and were greeted by a drunk in the lobby who was another guest at the hotel. We checked in, and were sent to an awful room with an old foam mattress, cigarette burns in carpet, it was suffocatingly hot and no... More
