Been coming here for a few years. Hotel has recently been refurbed to a very high standard, 3rd floor. Underground station is about 300meters accross the road, Central Line. There are quite a few good bars and cafes around it. Staff are friendly and always willing to help.

This "hotel" is truly appalling and a massive disappointment, dirty, ill maintained and run by people who must have missed their customer service training. They are clearly trading on one time visitors and can't possibly have any returning customers. From the itchy blanket instead of a duvet, the broken light fittings and cheese for breakfast to the penguin poster pinned to our wall as art and the lack of tea making facilities in rooms, the Ravna Gora really is something special and not in a good way! We definitely won't be staying again!

We decided to book the executive room and on the whole were happy with the room itself, although the desk was dirty, having some food crumbs left on from a previous occupant. The hotel is ok for a large party of people with a small budget. 2 main issues; firstly someone spent the entire night smoking in the hotel. Secondly a credit card not used for 12 months sprung a £500 charge to Sun Bingo the day after I checked out. Watch out for the receptionist gambling your money away!
