Great position, near three underground stations. The interior is shabby , the bedroom which we booked had ensuite facilities but unfortunately we didn't find out till the morning when we went to use the shower, that the shower didn't work at all ( and there is a notice next to it asking you not to splash water on the floor... more

Thank you for your comments. In order to keep the rooms in good condition we ask guests to ensure the shower curtain is placed inside the shower tray - to minimise the splashing of water on the floor. We are sorry to hear that this guest had a problem with the shower. We did check it and found it to...

No complaints about the hotel - staff very friendly and helpful, room little bit small but we managed ok, shower was great, very clean and towels changed every day. Breakfast was very good, efficient service by staff - very well run. The only down side of our trip was we asked the hotel to order a taxi on our departure... more

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay at the Kensington Court Hotel Bayswater. After reading your comments, we contacted the cab company for clarification on the £25 charge. The cab company that we use is very professional and has an excellent reputation. The drivers are always punctual and well presented, and the cars are of a high standard,...

Highly recommended! It is just 3 min. walk from the Bayswater tube station, at a very quiet street, had a very nice sleep :) the breakfast is also very good! The staff is very nice too! The inly disadvantage is that it is not luxurious but people who can pay more will look for another hotel of course... otherwise the... more

A terrible experience! The toilet has ancient fittings; there are cracks in the wall of the toilet; there are no towelracks either. The towels are laid out on the bed. A note on the shower-stall instructs the guest not to wet the bathroom floor but one wonders how that can be managed in the absence of a towelrack. There is... more

It´s a clean hotel with very friendly personal.Breakfast was freshly made. The room was spacious.I stayed there with my little son . We had a ticycle ,two big bags, two bagpacks and still plenty of space. I forgot a zip hanger, called them from the airport and they sended it to Germany. You can´t ask for more. There is no lift... more

This hotel was suggested by a close friend of mine because it is 'clean and cheap'. I was looking for a nice hotel for me and my mother and I decided to trust my friend. The point is that we loved it! The hotel is situated in a lovely location with front views to a green garden is literally 5... more

We booked a room here because the low price, and relatively good comments and we were completely satisfied. Clean and sufficient room, friendly staff, quite neiborhood, close to underground. We arrived early but our room was already available. They gave us the code to use their wireless internet with our laptop. We would definately stay here again and recommend it... more

For a budget hotel you get what you pay for. The location is good. The room was a bit poky for 2 people but we managed. Even sharing the shower/toilet was ok and we didn't have to queue at all. The breakfast was fine. My main complaint is the noise levels. Both nights we had to ask the men in... more

It is a shame that this guest did not enjoy his stay because of noisy neighbours. Unfortunately our receptionist was unaware of the situation and was therefore unable to help resolve it. We do hope that this guest reconsiders and stays with us again, as it appears he was otherwise happy with the location, the rooms and the price.

The situation is really good. If you want to enjoy your visit, don’t go to this hotel. It’s very old, and there isn’t any room facility. If you choose a room with bathroom, probably the shower won’t work, and you’ll have to use the shared shower, with no refund or any apology. The staff was so useless, and sometimes very... more

We are sorry to hear that this guest did not enjoy their stay at our hotel. The guest booked a basic room (with shared bathroom facilities) which is cheaper than the en-suite option. We were able to upgrade the guest to an en-suite room however they were reluctant to pay the room rate difference. We take great care in looking...
