Really great, friendly service. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Couldn't be closer to Tower Bridge. Highly recommended. A short walk from Tower Hill Tube station. Lots of coffee shops and a couple of restaurants close by if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

Excellent service, friendly helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was superb(contrary to tales of poor food in London hotels) Saiful, dining room manager (?) was so warm and thoughtful, when ever I ran across him, I felt I was a guest in his home! Daniel (front desk) and Danilo (bar) deserve mention as well. Great staff!
