the bathroom was so small your knees bang against the door while sitting in the loo, none of the doors are fitted properly, very poor double glazing leading to lots of condensation. Poor breakfast and bad service. Plus there were rodent traps in corridor for all to see. wont be going back More

Good location, 2 min walk from bayswater station, 5 min to Queensway station, convinient to buy anything all shops there, hydepark, whiteleys shopping centre, cinema, tesco, waitrose all are nearby this hotel. staff was friendly and helpfull. i prefere to stay again when go again london. more important not bad in cheap price forget about all little things.
