We booked this guest house following great reviews on trip advisor. When we got to the , guest house we found that it was in a built up area on exceptionally busy main road, sadly the guest house and area in which it is situated seemed run down and my sister was unwilling to initially get out of the car... My husband and I have spent four weeks at the London Guest House in the past five months. It truly felt like our home away from home. This family owned B&B is run by Monish and his mother and father. They are gracious hosts who go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. There is a bus... More

We stayed here as the start of a long vacation to Europe in July. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. At the time of our stay, the public transport system was in chaos and the reception was able to print off timetables and direct us to the tube.... More

It was my second time at LGH and I'm sure it won't be the last. The staff really helps you with everything you need and they are very kind. Sure the location is not the best in London but the price and the good service compensates all. The breakfast was better than any other b&b I've been in. The only... More

We stayed here as a base for going to Take That. Reception was very welcoming. The room was for 5 people, not huge but exactly what we needed. Clean and bright with a fridge in the room, we were overall very impressed. The breakfast was good, about 4 choices of cereals, toast, watermelon etc and several choices of drink. Taxi... More

Our first impression of the hotel was that it was incredibly tiny, but because we didn't stay in the room at all during the day (and what tourist would) this didn't affect us at all. The facilities were immaculately clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. The included continental breakfast was quite basic but at the same... More

If on a budget, this is perfect. The b&b is clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful. It is a bit of a walk to tube stations but on a bus route. Had a good nights sleep but breakfast in the morning was only basic however plentiful. Would stay again. More

I agree with other reviewers that this place is far from the city centre: about 30' on the Central Line between Oxford Circus, and Acton North, followed by a good 20' on foot through a safe neighbourhood (buses ride along the way, but they seem to be infrequent). Lots of eateries and grocery stores/ small supermarkets in the area, open... More

This hotel is located about a 15 - 20 minute walk from tube station, which although not that far can seem seem a little long late at night. Parking was available and free. Service was very friendly and helpful. Room was compact and clean with all the amenities you would expect. Would use this hotel again. More
