Stayed here whilst at exhibition at ExCel., 5 minutes walk. Had Bedroom 5, a Superior room. It was excellent for space, good size TV and table for late night working. leather sofa very comfortable. Stayed at the hotel while in London for business. Arrived quite late to a fairly warm welcome. Bags were carried to the room by a porter. Nothing bad to say. Cleaners must work 24/7 as hotel is spotless (& I have high standards). Food lovely and very affordable. Professional service all round. Made a business trip to excel quite enjoyable.

The rooms are well appointed but rooms 1 and 2 are near the night time access door and are subject to noise from inconsiderate guests and staff. As mentioned the rooms are smart the food is good and the service is polite. Just let down by the inability to get a good night’s sleep.
