Spotless room and bathroom. Twin beds a little on the small size (2' 8") but fine for a night or two. Great view if you get a riverside room. Breakfast was very good - plenty available and a good choice.

Stayed again following the major refurb of ground floor areas and pleased to say that it provides a much better look and feel. Great service from all staff especially the bar staff who worked amazingly hard dealing with the large number of guests arriving at once following the end of the premier darts event. I stayed with my sister for 2 nights and payed around £115 all together; this is quite good for London. Only downside was that you had to pay extra for internet and TV!? You can get free WiFi at nearly every corner in London, so that was a bit dissapointing. Other than that it was ok.

Great location for London ExCel....just a 3 minute walk away. Worth paying for ? ,that's for you to decide. Small bedrooms with king size bed and a pod shower room,single occupancy only! We were attending an event at ExCeL London and this hotel was ideally situated for the exhibition centre. It's also easy to get to on the DLR and the Air Line from Greenwich. Rooms are clean and comfortable; and the shower is wonderful. Breakfast is also good quality and value.

Hotel very convenient for Excel Conference Centre. Parking provided at sister hotel Novotel which was very reasonably priced. Room small, shower only - bath would have been appreciated. Pretty standard Ibis experience on the inside, cheap and cheerful but generally clean and well equipped room. Small bathroom, but shower works and plenty of hot water.
