Once checked in - went to bar for a drink - no bar staff on duty, this was late afternoon. Room ensuite especially around bath could have done with a deep clean and the water supply both hot & cold very intermittent - and no existent on occasions. stayed here for the first time January 2012 for 2 nights on a promotional code, parking excellent and easy to find location, very friendly receptionists, room overlooking the University campus and the city which was a decent size, bathroom clean. A safe in the room would have been helpful. More

Brilliant location for all that Greenwich has to offer, on site car parking/public transport makes access easy. Staff unfailingly friendly, helpful and patient. Good service at both evening meal and breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Free hot drink facility in the large lounge is a very useful additional benefit.
