No lift and the stairs are steep. Full English breakfast included in the price which, this being London, is steep. Like everywhere else in the UK, the staff were from other lands, so weren't much help for local info or tourist advice. More

Stayed late October for 2 nights with 3 friends. We therefore had 2 twin rooms. This was a nightmare hotel, we had ceiling leaks in THREE seperate places - imagine someone opening up 3 taps on your ceiling and water gushing out onto your bed and floor! Very spacious, clean room with comfortable beds (triple on third floor), but be prepared to carry cases up 3 flights of narrow stairs. 5 minutes from the Goodge metro station, in Bloomsbury. The hotel has no lift as it is a Tier 2 heritage building - be prepared to carry your luggage up the circular staircase!
