We stayed at the Rose Park for one night. It was just ok, nothing special. Very small bathroom. The bed was hard. It is conveniently located to Paddington Station, just a few minute walk. Also close to resturaunts and small shops. Good breakfast.

Stay there for three nights. Was able to get last minute bookings through agoda. Was glad the room was spacious and comfy. Especially it is only few mins to station. Will recommend this to my friends and family

Location is great ! Just a few steps away out of Paddington station . Arriving from the airport is really good to find your hotel just around the corner . Room a bit small but in the brit standards. Recommended... cozy hotel .

We stayed for 4 nights and it was really good and comfortable. Bathroom was clean, bed comfortable and staff very nice. A/C was working good. Close to Paddington station and tube. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.
