The location is within a short walking distance of Victoria Station which makes it a perfect location while staying in London. Room cold dirty and incredibly small! Smell of sewage constantly in the room.On the last day it rained through the ceiling! Breakfast was minimal and do it yourself. Found 2 hairs in the food on the first day! Only good point was the position in a nice area well-linked to everything. more

This B&B, while still a good value for the money, is not the swinging "best kept secret" it proclaims to be. Staff, while friendly, are not particularly helpful.
