The positive: convenient to rail and tube, Hyde Park/Paddington. CHeap by London standards, helpful staff, clean rooms recently refubished. I thought the Hotel was in an excellent location close to the tube and trains. On arrival the hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The room was really clean, we booked a triple room and it was a bargain for London. The room wasn't the biggest but that didn't dampen my opinion.

Good location and clean rooms, which had recently been refurbished. Small problem with a leaking shower. Staff weren't particularly friendly upon arrival and when we had any queries. Other than this, we recommend this hotel because of its good location and simple yet comfortable rooms. Good value.
