I would like to report excellent customer service from the staff at Holly House Hotel when I made an error in my booking with them. The staff were polite, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. I haven't yet stayed so the rest of my review is empty...

Location Is good a nice part of London comfortable room lots of space as no one was in the other beds service was good helped straight away information they provided was good breakfast just cereal and toast but was lovely

Great location, Cheap, easy.Don't ask more! If you need confort and big rooms with red carpet on your arrival....just pay for a five stars hotel!!!!Great breakfast with toasted bread, jams,butter,milk,coffe ecc ecc... Noisy rooms, little rooms... no space for living... but just for sleeping.
