Booked a standard double. Woman on reception did best with her cust serv. Received cramped twin with dirty walls, dust on tv and no ventilation and noisy neighbours. No remote for random channel set up. Nothing more than hostel really. Only thing going for it was the great location near earls court. Breakfast 7-10. 3 cereals, toast, hardboiled eggs' bowl... More

Very-very small rooms with small beds and bathroom.Impossible to sleep and take a bath. No space for luggage. Τhe breakfast was very poor. The price was too high (100 pounds double(!!!!!!) room per night) for the benefits. The only good thing was the location (Earl's court tube station) and the service staff.

We booked here for three nights, as I was due to go into hospital in London for an op early in the morning, so my husband and I stayed here together for one night and then he stayed for a further night alone. The hotel is a to 5 min walk from the tube station, which is great! The rooms are clean but a bit small but it personally did not become a problem for us, because we only used the hotel to sleep...there is so much to do and see in London! Hotel Westbury Kensington in London disappointed us very much, rooms and beds are very small, bathroom and toilet were very basic and small, the shower to high and unpractical, linen was good a few years ago....

We stayed at this hotel for 2-nights break before Christmas and it was just great!
