Bedroom was very very small, otherwise breakfast and service was good. Limited food available in evenings but lots of restaurants nereby. Staff very friendly, everything clean and comfortable.High cost but probably typical for weekend in this area of London.

As mentioned by others the standard rooms here are small, but I had not realised just how small .The bed fills most of the room ,with little space at the end or the sides. The small wardrobe is very well equiped - but as it contains a safe , the tea and coffee , drawers for hairdryer and an ironing... More

An upscale Accor hotel, within a 10 minute walk from Earls Court Tube station, which has access to District and Piccadilly lines. The neighbourhood has numerous pubs and ethnic restaurants. Mine was a prepaid room, but was told they would charge my credit card 25 pounds for "incidentals" and could expect a refund within 4 days if nothing was incurred.... More

Stayed there 2 nights in January 2013, room was small but clean and I have nothing to complain about my stay there. Had to leave early in the morning and the girl at the reception ran behind and got me a bit of breakfast which was very nice of her. Good location and good value.

The hotel was in a good location and is well maintained. We paid extra to have a king room which was thankfully more spacious and comfortable than the 'mini' room we experienced during a previous stay. However, as per other reviews, the room was exceptionally warm and could not be cooled to a comfortable temperature. Also the temperature of the... More

A comfort hotel in London, near Gloucester Road Underground Station. The room is small for a mercure standard, it is almost an Ibis size, but is comfortable. Guest service personnel are very kind! perfect! I would probably stay again in this hotel in a future trip, and I do recommend it for my friends.

The hotel's location is superb which is its top selling point. There are many fine restaurants, museums within walking distance. We upgraded to a king bed room which was fine - a very clever use of space. The hotel clerks, the breakfast help all did their best to make our 4-night stay comfortable. The hotel also has free wi fi... More

The smallest double room I have ever stayed in. You have to turn sideways to pass the bed and I have a double room to myself. No space at all with only one lift for 6 floors We will never use this company again for our staff. Breakfast only ok dried bacon and greasy eggs Don't bother

The hotel is ideally located near Earl's Court and Gloucester Road stations. There's also the bus 74 stopping nearby. The room was of a decent size for London, with good beds, tea and coffee but also complimentary soft drinks (but no glasses and the fridge is not re-filled each day). The small fridge can also be used to store your... More
