We are aware of this matter and have been in contact with the client. It makes us unhappy to hear complaints like this from clients and we do everything we can to resolve these issues as quickly as possible to minimise disruption. Without wanting to write a huge biopic of our stay here, its the only way to get across the frustration of our trip - suffice to say there were endless issues with the property.
