Overall, very good hotel. Very good location, 2 min from the tube station, taxis are just outside. Swimming pool have lanes, and it was quite cold. Jacuzzi was cold, but good steam room and saunas. There is small good gym, restaurants in the hotel.

lovely hotel, but would of been perfect if the plates were hot and not cold at breakfast ,the breakfast was cold by the time you sat down, other than that 10 out of 10, I would stay here again, near tower bridge and the crown jewels ,the swimming pool and steam room excellent.

Our rooms were lovely and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. We had a room at the rear overlooking the courtyard. Nice central location. Breakfast ok. Was disappointed as I had informed the hotel it was my friends 50 th and they didn't even give a card. Overall a good stay but would probably try some other hotel next time.
