Stayed for one night with family of six in our own room. Accommodation is basic, but then it is a youth hostel. Got a decent kitchen, you can buy a great coffee in reception, it was pretty noisy at one point as our room was next to a bathroom / shower area, but for what we needed (somewhere cheap where...

Stayed here for one night in Jan, got to 2:30am and had to leave to book into a hotel with actual facilities, a night receptionist that actually wanted to help and for a clean shower. This place disgusted me and I wouldn't recommend anyone stays here! A nice hotel can cost 45 pounds.. so shy suffer?!

I paid for a private room as I was in London volunteering for Crisis and needed a quiet night to sleep. I was put in a room in the basement. The smell in the corridors was like a hospital at dinner time, revolting, and the air was thick with damp. The room itself was like a prison cell between the...

Let's start with the only good thing:
- the location in Earl's Court, which being an upscale neighbourhood is a nice and safe place to stay with excellent connections to Heathrow Airport and Victoria station.
Sadly, the bad things hugely outnumber the good:

A group of us stayed here for the weekend and were more than happy with it. We had originally booked a 6 bed room, but had people drop out so there was only 4 of us. There was a 4 bed availlable for the first night but not the second, but booked us into the 4 bed for one night...

Stayed here last week when we visited London.
The staff was friendly and the place was clean, warm and cosy, but there was few small bad issues. The hot water on the bathroom near us was not functioning and there was some noise in the night caused by other customers.

Stayed here during the half term with my 8 year old son. I paid £36 per night for the room which I was more than happy with being in London. We had a twin room which consisted of bunk beds (which my son loved and obviously had the top!!!) A sink and 2 large lockable (take your own padlocks) cupboards....

Stayed here this past summer with a couple of friends.
We were in one of the garden rooms which opened up to the outside. It was nice to be able to open the window, and sit out in the garden in the evening.
The room was pretty standard. 3 comfortable bunk beds, modern decor, each bunk had their own large...

We stayed twice having booked a private double room. First time we got a double bed in a reasonable sized airy room on the second floor overlooking the street with shared bathroom/toilet. The second time we were given a tiny basement room with a bunk bed, also with shared toilet/shower. It was claustrophobic and airless. Same price, same booking method,...
