I was here six months ago and came back only to find that it is indeed as good as last time. The staff, efficient, helpful and coreous, the place clean and well kept up and the location great. It is quiet and central at the same time. A find!

Friendly staff, very small double bed, but OK for overnight stay - wouldn't suit for a longer visit. Toilet seat wood was split, handbasin was cracked, grouting had mould spots. Nice quiet location, felt safe.

What a lovely hotel! The staff at arrival; sheer pleasure. Soft spoken, intelligenet, efficent, polite and welcomming. The room spacious. The location could not be better and such good value. I will come back here for sure.

I visited the hotel with friends earlier this month. We only spend two nights there, but we were impressed. The staff was very kind and always attentive to our needs and the room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed there with my boyfriend in November and really enjoyed it. The stuff is really very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and cosy. I can't wait to come back as we reserved already room in February.

I agree with Lucy, the staff knows nothing about service, cabs, trains to Heathrow~I told them about the Express Train and found my own cab for 15 pounds less. The front desk person said only one cab company came to their hotel. The staff enjoy talking to each other over guests. Our toliet leaked and had no pressure, too many... More
