On check in we were met by a guy in jeans, trainers and a leather jacket, which was a little off-putting since we weren't 100% sure he worked there, but he was friendly and got us sorted in no time. Very good experience at this hotel. Rooms are very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. The hotel is close to Hammersmith underground, waht is nice is that from Heathrow airport you do not need to change tube. It´s like 10/11 stations from the airport. More
