Fantastic, modern, comfortable, relaxed and very welcoming. Brilliant friendly staff made our one night stay here very pleasurable. Room was very well appointed, lightning fast internet in the room and communal areas. Really felt like a home from home. Highly recommended.

We spent one night at Aloft, choosing it because of it's close proximity to London City Airport. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was fabulous, big and clean. The bathroom was spotless. The TV large, but my husband had trouble working it. Bed was comfortable. Enormous windows with fabulous views. Breakfast was adequate but not exciting.

If it is possible to say "i like this place" for an hotel, thel Aloft is the hotel where you can say it. A great place to stay. The staff are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. A fab location and convenient for The Excel and 02. A good place to chill out yet close enough to the capital. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel.spacious airy rooms, friendly staff. Free wifi. Highly recommended if you have to be in the area. Some of our party were scheduled to be off loaded to another hotel due to over-booking (hey, it happens). The helpful accommodating manager changed this arrangement immediately with good humour when I explained the circumstances.

For the location, it’s a good Starwood property. I was on another assignment at the ExCel Convention Center and the hotel was in a prime location.
